How do I set up an account?

Click top Right side of the header on Icon “login/register” then click on register put your personal details there and Verify your email Account.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options. Subscriptions ship free (zero tracking), unless otherwise noted. 

You will see shipping options at checkout.

We would encourage you to select UPS if able (personal preference, we don't get a kickback or anything!).

We do not add on any additional fees to your shipping costs. 

How do I update my subscription

If you would like to update your subscription in any way, log into your account. You'll find in the menu options of your account "subscriptions". Click in there and you'll be able to manage your subscription there.

Something is missing from the order?

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at orders@elainegirls.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

How do I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at orders@elainegirls.com. Provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you. Once your order has been shipped (even if it's within that 24 hour window) it is too late to cancel your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Processing Time:
    • Current processing time to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office is typically 1-3 business days.
  • Cutoff Time:
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will start processing on the next business day.
  • Shipping Time:
    • Shipping time depends on your selected shipping option at checkout.  Typical  carriers estimate shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship within the USA and this includes Puerto Rico.
