🌸 We’re Hiring: Wholesale Sales Representative — Elaine Girls

Elaine Girls is a family-run brand based in Texas, creating stationery and gifts that celebrate life’s little joys. We are a full family operation making high-quality, whimsical paper goods, stickers, hair accessories, crochet pieces, and gifts, including two beloved mail-club subscriptions, Post Pals and Stickie Pals.

We’re building our wholesale presence across our full product line — greeting cards, postcards, bookmarks, art prints, sticker sheets, notepads, bag charms, scrunchies, bows, and crochet pieces — with more added as we grow.

We’re looking for a passionate, well-connected Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow our presence in boutiques, gift shops, independent bookstores, lifestyle retailers, and curated specialty chains across the U.S.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to retailers that align with our brand/products
• Pitch and sell our line via email, phone, or in person
• Represent Elaine Girls professionally in outreach and in ongoing retailer relationships

💰 Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission-based role
• 15% commission on wholesale orders (paid on net sales)
• Performance-based bonuses and territory exclusivity available for top reps

You’ll be fully set up to succeed with wholesale terms, line sheets, and product training on onboarding — but please note this role has no base pay, stipend, or provided equipment. Your earnings come directly from the orders you bring in.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in B2B or boutique wholesale sales (gift, stationery, or lifestyle category preferred)
• Existing relationships with boutique buyers a strong plus
• Self-motivated, personable, and detail-oriented
• Genuinely excited to grow with an independent, family-run brand
