• Processing time: We typically ship orders within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• Cutoff time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
• Free shipping: Orders over $25 ship free! 🎀
• Post Pals: No additional shipping is charged for Post Pals subscriptions.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Carrier delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and shipping method. Note: Post Pals ships via Snail Mail, so no tracking is available for those.
